We tear off down to the deck, replace any rotted boards, and install a full moisture barrier system before a single shingle goes down — not just the layer you can see.
We work with asphalt shingle, metal, tile, and slate, and we’ll walk you through the real trade-offs between them: upfront cost, lifespan, weight on your structure, and how each holds up to your local weather. There’s no one-size-fits-all roof, and we won’t sell you one.

Our Installation Process
Getting a new roof shouldn’t be a mystery. Here’s exactly what happens from the day you call to the day we drive away.
1. Free Inspection & Measurement
We climb every slope, photograph the current condition, and measure for material — not estimate from the driveway. You get a written report either way.
2. Written Estimate & Material Selection
Line-item pricing, a firm start date, and samples of your shingle or metal color options so you know exactly what’s going on your roof before we order it.
3. Tear-Off, Deck Repair & Installation
Old roofing removed and hauled off same day. Any soft or rotted decking gets replaced before new underlayment and roofing material go down — never over old damage.
4. Cleanup & Final Walkthrough
Magnet sweep for nails, debris hauled away, and a walkthrough together before we register your warranty and hand you the paperwork.
